Perennial Plumbing offers plumbing services to residential and commercial clients in North Carolina and South Carolina. All services are subject to availability, applicable licensing requirements, and service area coverage.

All quotes are estimates based on available information at the time.
Flat-rate pricing may be used where applicable.
Additional charges may apply for after-hours or emergency services.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to unforeseen job conditions or customer-requested changes.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collections.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a service.
Repeated cancellations may result in a refusal of future service.

You agree to provide clear access to the service area and disclose any known plumbing issues in advance.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages unless caused directly by our work.

We are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, supplier delays)
Damage resulting from neglected or misused plumbing systems

We may offer limited warranties on parts and labor at our discretion.
Manufacturer warranties apply to products and fixtures as specified.

All website content, branding, and logos are the property of Perennial Plumbing. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
